Community Guidelines

Last updated / effective: 1 August 2026

These guidelines apply to the Victory Extraction community feed and any content you submit. They form part of our Terms of Service and reflect our obligations under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

1. The spirit of the community

The community exists to support people through a 30-day personal-development program. Be constructive, respectful, and honest. Assume good faith.

2. What is welcome

  • Sharing your progress, wins, setbacks, and reflections.
  • Encouraging others and giving thoughtful feedback.
  • Relevant text, images, videos, and polls you have the right to share.

3. What is prohibited

You must not post content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
  • harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence or hatred against others;
  • is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or is otherwise obscene;
  • is hateful or discriminatory (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.);
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • contains spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited advertising;
  • shares others' personal data without consent;
  • is dangerous misinformation (e.g. harmful medical claims).

4. Reporting content (notice and action)

Every post and comment can be reported. When you report content, it goes to our team for review. You can also contact us at info@victoryextraction.com. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or restricting accounts.

5. How we moderate

  • We may remove or restrict content, and warn, suspend, or remove accounts, that break these guidelines or the law.
  • Statement of reasons: where the DSA requires it, we will inform the affected user of the decision and the main reasons for it.
  • We try to act proportionately and consistently.

6. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, you can contact info@victoryextraction.com to ask us to review it. Where the DSA provides for further out-of-court dispute settlement, we will tell you about it in our decision.

7. DSA point of contact

For matters under the Digital Services Act, our single point of contact is info@victoryextraction.com (communication in English or Slovak).

8. Consequences

Breaking these guidelines may lead to content removal, loss of community access, suspension, or account termination, depending on severity and repetition.
