Terms of Service
Last updated / effective: 1 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Victory Extraction (the "Service"), available at https://victoryextraction.com and as a mobile app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Štefan Letošťák, a sole trader registered in the Slovak Republic (IČO 57190097), place of business Betliarska 22, 851 07 Bratislava-Petržalka. Full details: Imprint. Contact: info@victoryextraction.com.
2. What the Service is
Victory Extraction is a 30-day gamified personal-development program. It includes daily video chapters and tasks, a reflective AI-assisted diary, an AI assistant ("Victor"), a community feed, progress tracking, and a certificate on completion. Features depend on your plan.
The Service is a self-improvement and educational product. It is not a healthcare, medical, psychological, or counselling service (see Section 9).
Digital content information (Act 108/2024): the Service is provided online as a software-as-a-service. Functionality: access to the 30-day program, diary, AI assistant, and community via a web browser and our mobile apps, requiring an account and an internet connection. Compatibility: a current mainstream web browser, or a supported iOS/Android device for the app; offline features require a prior download. Interoperability: you can export your data as JSON from your profile. We apply no technical protection (DRM) that restricts use beyond normal account authentication.
3. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service and to make any payment, and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may sign in with email/password or with Google or Apple.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Plans, price, payment, and trial
- We offer the plans shown at sign-up. The current price is displayed before you pay.
- Free trial: new accounts may receive a 3-day free trial with access to the plan you choose. You will not be charged during the trial if you cancel before it ends.
- One-time payment: after the trial, the Service charges a single payment for access to your plan. There is no automatic recurring subscription or renewal.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card details.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Refunds and your right of withdrawal are described in Refunds & Withdrawal.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is a digital service supplied immediately, at checkout you expressly request that we begin at once and acknowledge the consequences. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the part of the Service already provided up to the moment you notify us — you do not lose the right outright. Details and the model withdrawal form (and our online withdrawal tool) are in Refunds & Withdrawal.
We confirm your contract — including the record of your express request and acknowledgement — by email (a durable medium) after purchase.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. The full rules — including what is prohibited in the community — are in the Community Guidelines. In short, do not break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt to breach security, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access.
8. Your content, licence, and moderation
- You keep ownership of content you submit (diary entries, posts, media).
- You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your content only as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your community posts to other users, or sending your diary to AI providers where you have consented).
- Moderation (DSA): we may review, restrict, hide, or remove content, and suspend accounts, where content breaks these Terms or the law. We operate a reporting mechanism and, where required, provide a statement of reasons and a way to appeal. See Community Guidelines.
9. AI features and important disclaimer
The Service uses AI to generate diary reflections and assistant ("Victor") responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI output is automatically generated, may be inaccurate, and is for self-reflection and general information only.
- The Service and its AI do not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
- If you are in crisis or need help, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, videos, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content except as allowed by law.
11. Availability, changes, suspension, and termination
- We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, applicable consumer rights apply.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law.
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Slovak/EU law (including mandatory consumer rights and liability for intent or gross negligence).
- Subject to the above, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur because you misused the Service or breached these Terms or the law, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
14. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
- EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) as the body for alternative dispute resolution. See Refunds & Withdrawal.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
